• After downloading the appThen open the app, click on the voter registration option. Then click on the "Replacement of voter id card (from 001)" option
• Then click on lets start and enter your mobile number and click on send otp And an otp will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the otp and click on verify.
• Then click "yes" if you have a voter card and click "no" if you do not have a voter card After selecting, click on Next
• After touching Next, enter your voter card number and then click on Fetch Details. After that you will get all the details of the voter card. Then click on proceed
• After that you have to enter your full address. After entering the address, click on Next
• After clicking on next you have to give a reason why you want to replace this card.
•  After writing the reason you have to enter your gender, mobile number, mail id and date of birth. Then click on Next
• How do you want to collect voter ID card? -There will be three options, you can select any of them. After selecting, click on Next
• After doing next you have to enter your name and palce here. After entering you need to click on "done".
• After that all the details that you have entered will come in front of you. And check them out. After that you will scroll down a bit and click on "Confirm".
• You will see that your applications will be successfully submitted and you will be provided a reference number. With that reference number you can track it later.

To track the application, you need to go to the bottom left of the app and click on Explore.

Then click on "status of applications"

Then enter the reference ID provided to you here.

And after that the full details of the application will come in front of you. And after four verifications, your application will be rejected or approved.

Once you enter the ID, you do not need to enter the ID the next time you track
